His reports are thorough, easy to navigate and include helpful video tips on specific items in the home that Joe incorporates during the inspection. 				Joe's inspection was very thorough. He covered things that needed attention soon, things that I might want to watch or consider doing something about in the future, and also provided me with some maintenance tips including videos. He has been friendly and helpful each time I contacted him, from scheduling the inspection to reviewing the inspection report and answering a multitude of questions. He also gave me the names of some local service people to provide estimates and repairs.
