Joe was a joy to wrok with. He clearly explained the scope & depth (& total cost) of his inspection beforehand and exceeded my every expectation. I am not unfamiliar with many of the ins & outs of construction but in addition to his written report, he took the time to show me more than a few issues that I might have never noticed. He also took the time to educated me, not only on the items that needed correction but also those things that the contractor had done that demonstrated their committment to a quality build. Joe was easy going, professional and paid great attention to details. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and provided a remarkable report by that afternoon. I would highly recommend Joe Lester to anyone looking for a Home Inspector.

Highly recommend BAA Inspections!! Joe recently performed a detailed inspection, followed by an inclusive, informative report. He went above and beyond, including very helpful videos as I was unable to meet him and walk/talk through the results. Joe made himself available for additional questions and recommendations after (my work) hours, which is truly unheard of these days. I recently paid almost double for an inspection half as valuable. I only write reviews for outstanding service and 5 stars is the least BAA deserves.

The entire process is very straight forward and efficient. I was able to schedule the appointment quickly and the reports were available within a day. The reports have been submitted to the insurance companies for quotes for home owners insurance. It all worked the way it is suppose to.

Joe is an incredible inspector. He is very professional, friendly and provides very thorough reports. We had a number of questions considering the house was built in the 40's and Joe was able to put our mind at ease. He explained which problems needed to be addressed immediately and other issues that were minor that were not critical. I had to call him with a number of follow up questions and he was readily available and gave us invaluable advise. Also, he is extremely reasonably price for the experience and service you are getting!
