Thermal imaging helps identify temperature differences that may indicate hidden moisture, insulation deficiencies, electrical concerns, HVAC issues, and other conditions that may not be visible during a standard visual inspection. This technology is used as an additional diagnostic tool during our inspections when conditions warrant.
As an FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot, we use professional drone technology to obtain detailed aerial views of roofing systems and other difficult-to-access areas when conditions permit. This provides additional visual coverage when a roof cannot be safely walked and helps document areas that may otherwise be difficult to inspect from the ground.
A sewer scope inspection uses a specialized camera to visually examine the main sewer line for conditions that cannot be seen during a standard home inspection. Recorded video can reveal concerns such as pipe offsets, damage, root intrusion, buildup, and other visible conditions that may warrant further evaluation or repair.
