Joe's inspection was very thorough. He covered things that needed attention soon, things that I might want to watch or consider doing something about in the future, and also provided me with some maintenance tips including videos. He has been friendly and helpful each time I contacted him, from scheduling the inspection to reviewing the inspection report and answering a multitude of questions. He also gave me the names of some local service people to provide estimates and repairs.
