Very professional and very thorough. I have worked as a Industrial maintenance technician for years and am very mechanically inclined and Sharp Eye Inspections still found many issues that I had overlooked. A well documented report was delivered to me very quickly. Mold was even found and reported, which I never knew existed in the new construction which was later confirmed by a third party specialist. The mold find alone is going to save a lot of money in remediation that I could have ended up being stuck with.
If your thinking you don’t need a Inspection, trust me you do and this is the guy you want doing it. - 10/18/2018
