Joe did such a wonderful job inspecting our home
He was thorough informative and well worth the money.
He even went out of his way to inform us of different maintenance techniques to maintain the home. He gave us his specifics brands of equipment he prefers to use to maintain his own home, and what he thinks of different brands for appliances used in the house.
He had video recording of different tests to help us understand why something wasn’t working and what it should be doing. Even the builder was surprised how thorough his inspection was. We feel secure in our purchase. Thanks so much Joe!

If you're looking for a good property inspector in the central florida region I would stop your search at Joe and BAA Inspections. Joe completed a comprehensive home inspection, wind mit, and 4point and was extremely thorough. He also provided maintenance videos and others for tips and tricks that we will need to know in homeownership. Second to none and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Joe!

I used Joe Lester for a pre dry wall inspection and his level of service blew my mind - it was way above my expectations.
Joe is incredibly thorough and leaves no stone unturned, so you know you are receiving a complete inspection. He sent me an 85-page report with many photos - I loved the aerial shots taken with a drone.
The fact that Joe picked up on a few minor but important issues meant I could address them with the builder immediately, giving me total peace of mind.
Joe offers great value for money for a hugely professional service, and I am so glad he is on my team!
I have already booked him for the final inspection because I know I am in very safe hands.

Joe did an amazing job he was very thorough and made sure to check every last little thing. he also took the time to sit there and explain everything to us, and his knowledge was immense. He was also very punctual.
The seller and construction superintendent for the home that we’re buying also had nothing but good things to say about Joe. I would 100% recommend him again and again.

Outstanding inspection service. Very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. Took the time to explain findings and provided helpful recommendations. The report was delivered promptly. I cannot say enough about how great Joe is from BAA Inspections. From start to finish, Joe was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His report not only included issues but also normal notes about maintaining things and he even noted materials that the house was built with. I feel I know more about my house now than ever. He included pictures, videos, and commentary. Joe also has answered questions for me well over a month since the inspection. A true class act with a great inspection service. You will not regret choosing Joe. (P.S. I rarely write reviews, but couldn’t be happier with Joe that I felt compelled to write one for him!)

Joe provided a great inspection of our future home.
