I cannot say enough about how great Joe is from BAA Inspections. From start to finish, Joe was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His report not only included issues but also normal notes about maintaining things and he even noted materials that the house was built with. I feel I know more about my house now than ever. He included pictures, videos, and commentary. Joe also has answered questions for me well over a month since the inspection. A true class act with a great inspection service.
